Really nice pancakes with Lingonberries

Pancakes isn’t really a swedish dish but it´s ever so nice on a Sunday. So today the swedish chef (read Håkan Gustavsson) made these:
2 1/4 cups flour
2 tablepoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
4 cups milk
7 large eggs
